PURPOSE: To restore raw garbage to soil within a short time, by filling the space between a cylinder and a bottom plate rising part and the soil wall surface succeeding to said rising part with sintered obsidian particles and falling up the residual space with soil while inlaying a freely openable and closable lid with the top part of the cylinder.
CONSTITUTION: Raw garbage charged into a container receives the strong decomposition action of the microorganism 9 on the perlite carrier in a reticulated pipe 4 to be converted to a liquid and gas within a short time but the liquid fallen into the cylinder 1 is leaked to the outside of the cylinder of a bottom plate 2 from the water passing port 3 provided to the lower part of the cylinder 1 and penetrated into a perlite layer 10 by capillary action to be absorbed with the peripheral soil while a decomposition degree is promoted. On the other hand, the gas rises through the cylinder 1 and escapes out of the cylinder 1 from an upper deodorizing port 7 and an offensive smell is absorbed with soil. By setting the height of the container to 600mm, the action of microorganisms existing in a region reaching a depth of 600mm from the ground surface where a large amount of soil microorganisms are present can be utilized.
