Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize an apparatus necessary to drive a stirring means and evenly stir carriers and wastes in a fermentation tank.
SOLUTION: An outside rotation cylinder 37 is installed in a fermentation tank 1. A spiral impeller 21 to send wastes upward is installed in the outside rotation axis 45. A plurality of blades 38, 38A, 38B, 38C, 39, 40 are installed in the surrounding of the outside rotation axis 45. The blades 38, 38A, 38B, 38C, 39, 40 are reciprocated and rotated. Due to the rotation of the spiral impeller 21, the wastes are transported from the lower side to the upper side in the outside rotation axis 45. The wastes in the outside of the outside rotation axis 45 are stirred by the movement of the reciprocated and rotated blades 38, 38A, 38B, 38C, 39, 40. Since the blades 38, 38A, 38B, 38C, 39, 40 are reciprocated and rotated as to cut the wastes, the wastes are hardly stuck to each other and high torque is made no need.
