Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for treating waste water, in which the cleanliness degree of the water can be improved, the water being obtained by cleaning waste water therein and discharged therefrom.SOLUTION: In the apparatus for treating waste water, a transfer part M for transferring a liquid phase from a solid-liquid separation tank 2 to an aerobic treatment tank and return means for returning precipitates, which are precipitated/separated in the aerobic treatment tank, to a reception part. A liquid phase advection part 21 for advecting the liquid phase from the solid-liquid separation tank 2 to an anaerobic fermentation tank 3 and a precipitate advection part 22 for advecting the precipitates. A partition wall W23 for separating the solid-liquid separation tank 2 from the anaerobic fermentation tank 3 is arranged in the liquid phase advection part 21 so that the upper end of the partition wall becomes the lowest water level height of the solid-liquid separation tank 2. A diffuser 25 for diffusing anaerobic gas toward the reception part side of the liquid phase advection part 21 from the liquid level or its vicinity of the solid-liquid separation tank 2 so that the diffusion direction D is pointed to the upper end of the partition wall W23. A suppression mechanism C is arranged for suppressing advection of suspended matter S between a diffusion zone Z1 of the diffuser 25 and a liquid phase inflow zone Z2 of the transfer part M.
