PURPOSE: To obtain the subject apparatus capable of uniformly discharging fluid through every discharging holes and useful as a discharging device for coating liquid for the automatic preparation of TEMPURA (deep fried fish and vegetables), etc., by placing a controlling plate in a specific state in a fluiddistribution pipe having plural fluid-discharging holes.

CONSTITUTION: A controlling plate 3 is placed in a fluid-distribution pipe 1 having plural fluid-discharging holes 2a to 2e aligned parallel to the flowing direction of the fluid. The controlling plate 3 is positioned opposite to each fluiddischarging hole 2a to 2e interposing a gap 4. The controlling plate 3 inhibits the direct current action (the direct discharge of the fluid through each fluid-discharging hole 2a to 2e) to achieve the discharge of the fluid through each discharging hole 2a to 2e at equal flow rate.
