Title:
APPARATUS FOR UNLOADING PLANAR WORK
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS59110800
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To take out a flexible planar work easily with the state of the work stabilized, by allowing the work, which has been detached from a jig while the work is being supported by an inclined table, to slid down on the support surface of the inclined table without letting it fall vertically, thereby recovering the work onto the table. CONSTITUTION:When the processed work W reaches a taking-out position A', an unloading apparatus La is moved from the position shown in phantom to the receiving position R shown in solid. By ths movement, the lower periphery of the work W is pushed by a roll 82 and is bent, and when the lower periphery clears the roll 82, the lower half is supported by the support surface 75 with it bent backward, and the lower periphery of the work is positioned over the receiving surface 79 by a little distance S. Then a clamp 43 is released to allow the work W to slide down by the distance S until the lower periphery is received by the surface 79, and it restores generally its planar shape and is supported by the support surface 75. In this case, though the lower periphery of the work W abuts on the roll 82, it would not be damaged, and since the work W is allowed to slide on the inclined surface 75, the impact on the lower periphery is low. Further the distance S is little, and cushioning is effected by a cushioning material 77' on the surface of the receiver 76.
