Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enable the objective identification of a specimen, by comparing the result of the storing and addition of the areas drawn and colored of a pair of chromatograms with the calculation result of the common part of both chromatograms.
CONSTITUTION: Chromatograms C1, C2 are respectively plotted to memories 2, 4 by a drawing means 6 and colored by a coloring means 8. The areas A1, A2 of the chromatograms C1, C2 are calculated by an area calculation means 10 and added by an addition means 12 to calculate an area A. The area B of parts colored in common of both chromatograms C1, C2 is calculated by a calculation means 14. 2B/A is calculated by a comparing operation means 16 to perform the identification of a specimen.
