Whether the vehicle is in a startable state or not is determined according to a vehicle speed detected by a vehicle speed sensor 31, the state of a shift lever 32, the state of a side brake 33, and the state of a foot brake 34. Whether the moving object is imaged or not in the images is determined from a plurality of images imaged by a camera at different times. When the vehicle is in the startable state and the moving object is imaged in the image to be imaged, the moving object is enclosed by a frame and displayed on a liquid crystal display 20.
