To provide an apparatus for winding and fastening pie dough for a cover, which is capable of producing a high-quality food in a cup with the cover of a baked pie, without causing unevenness of quality, and capable of reasonably producing the food at a low cost, without requiring labor.
This apparatus for winding and fastening the covering pie dough is structured by being equipped with a depressing mechanism 40, a thrusting mechanism 60, and a transferring mechanism 20, wherein the depressing mechanism 40 downward depresses a protruded peripheral part 12a of the pie dough 12 which is positioned on a cup 15 in such state that the peripheral part 12a is protruded from an opening part of an upper surface of the cup 15 filled with a prescribed amount of soup, etc., so as to cover the opening part, the thrusting mechanism 60 thrusts the protruded peripheral part 12a which is depressed by the depressing mechanism 40 against a peripheral face of the cup 15, and the transferring mechanism 20 transfers the cup 15 with the pie dough of which the protruded peripheral part 12a is depressed from the depressing mechanism 40 to the thrusting mechanism 60.
