Abstract:
To provide a technology capable of making a hole at a tip of a square pipe 57 and also capable of cutting three portions including one of lateral sides, an upper side and a lower side of the square pipe 57.
A pin member 79 and an L-shaped edge 86 are mounted to a press machine 70. The single lowering motion of an up-and-down plate 76 can perform four steps including a piercing step of making a hole at one end of the square pipe 57, a step of cutting one of side ends at the other end of the square pipe 57, a step of cutting the upper side at the other end of the square pipe 57, and a step of cutting the lower side at the other end of the square pipe 57.
