PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charging/discharging apparatus mounted on a vehicle and capable of simplifying constitution concerned with charge/discharge.SOLUTION: A charging/discharging apparatus 1 can connect a power storage apparatus 50 to a normal charging apparatus 70 for feeding AC power. The power storage apparatus 50 includes a DC inlet 56, a power storage unit 51 and a power storage control unit 55. An AC inlet 20 in the charging/discharging apparatus 1 can be attached/detached to/from a normal charging connector 78 in the normal charging apparatus 70. A DC connector 25 can be attached/detached to/from the DC inlet 56. A conversion unit 11 converts AC power supplied from the normal charging apparatus 70 through the AC inlet 20 into DC power. A charge/discharge control unit 15 controls power conversion in the conversion unit 11. By connecting the power storage apparatus 50 to the normal charging apparatus 70 by the charging/discharging apparatus 1, power can be transmitted/received between the power storage apparatus 50 and the normal charging apparatus 70 and the constitution of the power storage apparatus 50 can be simplified.
