Abstract:
To provide an inspection device with a function capable of detecting without fail even xenobiotic such as hair, body hair and skin as foreign matters which are hardly detected by an ordinary appearance inspection device.
In an inspection processing part of this inspection device, the ultraviolet ray is applied to an inspection object 14 by an ultraviolet ray applying means 13, and the inspection object is picked up by an image pick-up means 12 having the sensitivity to an ultraviolet ray region, whereby the zenobiotic mixed in the inspection object comes up blackly to be detected.
