Abstract:
To provide a therapeutic agent for a human tumor, which is one or more of liver cancer, colorectal cancer, bladder cancer, breast cancer, cervical cancer, prostate cancer, glioma, melanoma, pancreatic cancer, nasopharyngeal carcinoma, lung cancer, or gastric cancer, and is a ZAP low expression or ZAP negative tumor, and an administration system therefor.SOLUTION: The present invention provides an antitumor drug comprising an alphavirus selected from an M1 virus having a gene sequence at least 97.8% identical to the M1 virus deposited under Accession No. CCTCC V201423, and a Getah virus, and a ZAP inhibitor which is a ZAP inhibitory antibody or ZAP inhibitory RNAi, and an administration system therefor.SELECTED DRAWING: None
