Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide coating equipment for remarkably facilitating installation of the coating equipment, maintenance and repair on the same, by dividing an individual apparatus essential to various processing processes into removable individual modules.SOLUTION: Coating equipment comprises means 203 for cleaning a substrate, means 205 for coating the substrate and means 209 for hardening the coated substrate, and modules 203, 205, 207, 209 also comprise independent carrying devices 231, 233, 235, 237, and when the modules 203, 205, 207, 209 cooperate thereby, continuous in-line carrying is realized in the moving direction by passing through the modules 203, 205, 207, 209.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
