Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an application material for a PC tensioning material for effectively tensioning concrete even after hardening the concrete even when applied to a large concrete structure, and superior even in storage stability.
SOLUTION: This application material includes polyester modified fat and oil and a metal catalyst, and a hardening time is adjusted to exhibit tension by the PC tensioning material on an after 30 days after placing the concrete. Modified fat and oil has desirably an iodine value of 100 or more. The metal catalyst is desirably included by 0.005 to 5 pts.wt. in terms of a metal content to 100 pts.wt. of the fat and oil. The fat and oil before polyester modification desirably has an iodine value of 100 or more. The metal catalyst is desirably included at a rate of 0.005 to 5 pts.wt. in terms of a metal content to 100 pts.wt. of the modified fat and oil.
