A contact time is 1-10,000 sec, favorably. Pressure is over 1 Kg/cm2 and 20 Kg/cm2 or under, favorably. Pressurization is conducted by gas containing oxygen, nitrogen, carbon dioxide, helium, argon, and hydrogen, favorably.
