Abstract:
To secure positional stability in applying ink to an object to be applied.SOLUTION: An application method, which applies a predetermined number of liquid droplets to a plurality of cells 81 arranged at a predetermined cell pitch CP in an arrangement direction on an object to be applied, includes: an observing step of observing deviations of impact positions of liquid droplets ejected from nozzles N to a target impact position preset on each nozzles N; a generating step pf generating permutation-array data, by selecting driving nozzles from the plurality of nozzles N, on the basis of data on respective design positions of the nozzles N and data on respective deviations of impact positions of the nozzles; and an applying step of controlling a head unit 2 so that the predetermined number of liquid droplets are ejected to the plurality of cells 81, using the permutation-array data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
