Abstract:
To provide an application request resource predicting method and predicting system capable of predicting the resources of an application and of an infrastructure that will be necessary in future under a situation in which the resources of the infrastructure or the application suddenly change.SOLUTION: This method excludes an impact of a sudden change in metrics due to the tightness or excess of resources from the past metrics of an application or an infrastructure, and estimates and corrects the metrics within a time period at which the impact is present using the number of requests to the application within such a time period and the metrics before and after such a time period, thereby predicting necessary resources in future without an impact due to a sudden change in the metrics.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
