In an application tool consisting of a container main body 1 and a cap 6 made of a synthetic resin, wherein the inside of the container main body 1 is made to be a coating agent storing chamber and the main body 1 is a molded body of a synthetic resin having application parts such as a pen nib and a valve structure at the tip and wrapped with a thermally shrinkable film of such as polyvinyl chloride and the cap 6 is made freely detachable from the container main body 1 as a protecting part for the application parts, a narrow diameter part for insertion of the cap 6 is formed in the rear side of the container main body 1 and the narrow diameter part is also wrapped with the thermally shrinkable film.
