The applicator device for the substance with the following constitution is provided. It has a body (40) for demarcating a housing (41) with a bottom part (43); an applicator (80), which is stored in the housing (41), and moreover, is laid at least partially on the bottom part of the housing (41); and a housing closing member (50) provided with a part (59), which is movable to the body (40) between an open position capable of accessing to the applicator (80) and a closed position for preventing the access to the applicator (80) and which at least partially pushes the applicator (80) from the housing (41) to the outside when moved from the closed position to the open position.
