To provide a method for applying a dispersible substance in a uniform mode under sufficient conditions and for measuring and distributing a relatively huge amount of the substance that needs treating a face to a relatively small surface.
An applicator for applying a dispersible substance to a skin, of which one surface is open, comprises a housing for applying the substance by bringing it into contact with the skin, and a supply source of the substance contained in the housing. The supply source of the substance and the housing are formed in such a way that the substance can come into direct contact with the skin during application, and keeps a fluid. When the fluid is directly applied to the supplying source of the substance and the substance is applied, a porous substance suitable for directly returning the fluid is included on the applicator surface coming into contact with the skin. When the substance comes into contact with the fluid released from the porous substance, the applicator is suitable for dispersion.
