To exchange only the part of fine bristles by preparing the fine bristles as parts other than a grip and assembling the base part of these fine bristles and the grip through a fitting structure, in an applicator for hair dye provided with a comb on one side at the top end part of the grip and the fine bristles on the other side.

Concerning an applicator 1 for hair dye, a comb 3 for combing out hair is provided by integrally molding with a grip 2 on one side at the top end part of the grip 2, and fine bristles 4 for dying hair by applying hair dye are provided on the other side. These fine bristles 4 are composed of a base part 10 and a fine bristle part 11 and prepared as parts other than the grip 2. A recessed place is provided inside the base part 10 and a recessed part 15 is provided on an inner wall surface 14 at this recessed place so as to be fitted to an insert projection projecting on the side of the grip 2 by pressure. Besides, for detaching the fine bristles 4 from the grip 2 when the base part 10 is pulled out of the grip 2, they are disengaged and the fine bristles 4 can be detached.
