PURPOSE: To apply a displacing current to a circulating current and to enhance the power utilizing efficiency by providing a diode when the displacing current is formed when a first power source charges a capacitor and supplied to a load together with the circulating current formed by a second power source, and preventing a short-circuit when the voltage of the first power source is large.
CONSTITUTION: A DC power source V1 (second power source) and a diode D1 are connected in series between power terminals T1 and T2, and a series circuit of a DC power source V2 (first power source) for forming a displacing current and a capacitor C2 is connected to the diode D1. The diode D1 is connected in reverse polarity to the power source V2, and when a circulating current is fed from the power source V2 therethrough, if the power source V2 is large, it is short-circuited, and hence provided to prevent it. Thus, in addition to the supply of the power by the circulating current, the displacing current supplies the power, and hence the power utilizing efficiency can be enhanced more.
