To provide an applique easily attachable by the aid of the heat of a flatiron or the like without sewing, capable of showing itself as if it were attached by sewing, and also enabling the skin touch of an applique-attached garment to be made favorable when the garment is worn.

This applique comprises an applique body 4 with a pattern on one side, a joint area 6 onto which the other side of the applique body 4 joined, a fabric 5 with an embroidery part 7 embroidered with a yarn along the rim of the joint area 6 and an adhesive layer 9 joined on the side opposite to the joint area 6 of the fabric 5, and is designed to enable itself to be attached while melting the adhesive layer by the aid of the heat of a flatiron or the like without sewing.
