To prevent liquid from flowing out to an applying member before the use of an applying means, and enable a piston to advance smoothly in an axial tube without penetrating a solvent, with a light force.
An applying member 5 is mounted to the front end of an axial tube 1, while a tank 6 storing liquid is provided in the axial tube 1 behind the applying member 5. A pipe (introducing hole part) 4 for introducing liquid ejected from the tank 6 to the applying member 5 is provided. A piston 11 is fitted axially slidably in the tank 4 in the water-tight manner. A liquid extruding part 12 to advance the piston 11 and extrude the liquid in the tank 11 through the pipe 4 to the applying member 5 is provided in the rear end of the axial tube 1. The inner diameter dimension of the pipe 4 is set to 1.7mm-0.2mm and the viscosity of the liquid within the range of using temperature measured by an E type viscosi-meter is set to one million mPa.sec-20mPa. sec. The material of the axial tube 1 is set to PP and the material of the piston 11 is set to HDPE or LLDPE.
