PURPOSE: To surely enable the autographic sign of a registrator to be described on a document processed by software by reading out a correspondent autographic sign only when input identification information supplied from an input means coincides with that registered in advance and writing it on the document.

CONSTITUTION: The identification information to identify an individual and the autographic sign of the individual having the identification information are registered on a first storage means 1 in advance. The input identification information supplied from the input means 2 is compared with the identification information registered in advance with a comparison means 3. The autographic sign in accordance with coincident identification information is read out from the first storage means 1 only when those information coincide with each other, and it is written on the prescribed part of the document stored in a second storage means 4. In such a way, it is possible to surely describe the autographic sign of the registrator on the document processed by the software under the approval of the registrator.
