PURPOSE: To make it possible to obtain a stable emulsion fluid, by forming either one of a shearing blade of a rotor or a stator in an inclined state crossing the axial direction of the rotor to obtain excellent shearing effect.

CONSTITUTION: At least one stator 8 fixed to a casing 2, a rotor 7 provided to the inside of the stator 8 and an impeller 9 guiding a stock fluid to the side of the rotor 7 are mounted. The rotor 7 and the stator 8 have shearing blades 7a, 8a formed to the respectively opposed peripheral surfaces thereof at predetermined pitches and either one of the shearing blades is formed so as to be inclined at a predetermined angle α (e.g., 30°) relative to a rotary shaft 4. As the result, highly efficient shearing and crushing can be carried out by reduced shearing energy and a stable emulsion fluid can be obtained.
