Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous anticorrosive coating that is free from no volatile organic substances in a raw material and a composition and has an excellent rust-preventive effect, and to provide an aqueous anticorrosive coating method.SOLUTION: The aqueous anticorrosive coating is produced by forming: an undercoating film comprising an aqueous undercoating material produced by preparing a mixture of a hydraulic powder including cement and calcium carbonate mixed in a mass ratio of 1:1 with a liquid epoxy resin and polyamideamine as a curing agent for the epoxy resin or a mixture of a hydraulic powder including cement and calcium carbonate mixed in a mass ratio of 1:1 with an acrylic resin and further mixing with an anionic adsorbent; an intermediate coating material formed on the undercoating film and comprising a polymer dispersion having an aqueous acrylic resin dispersed in a solid content of 44 to 46 mass%; and a top-coating film formed on the intermediate coating film and comprising an aqueous one-pack type top-coating material including an aqueous acrylic resin as a base resin and zinc phosphate as a rust-preventive pigment.SELECTED DRAWING: None
