Abstract:
The present invention relates to a novel water-based antistatic releasing coating agent composition, which can form an antistatic release layer having excellent antistatic properties and releasability with single layer coating, has excellent liquid stability, and can form a cured film excellent in solvent resistance. The releasing coating agent composition comprises: a methylated melamine resin (A); a hydroxyl group-containing organic modified silicone (B); an acid catalyst (C); and a conductive polymer (D).
