PURPOSE: To form a homogenous film by compounding an oilgomer (polymer) polyol compd., a polyisocyanate crosslinking agent, an aminoplastic resin and masked polyisocyanate, to thereby improve the final hardness, bulk factor, gloss and chemical resistance of the film.
CONSTITUTION: An aq. binder compsn. is obtained by adding water and at least one org. solvent to 70-30 wt.% of at least one water-dilutive oligomer polyol or polymer polyol compd. (A) with a hydroxyl value of 30-250, an acid value of 0-50 mgKOH/g or an amine value of 0-50 mgKOH and a number average mol.wt. of 500-1000, 30-70 wt.% of at least one polyisocyanate crosslinking agent (B) with an average number of NCO functional groups of 1.8-3.5 and an average hydrophobic group content of 0.1-1, 0-20 wt.% of at least one aminoplastic resin or phenoplastic resin (C) and 0-40 wt.% of at least one masked polyisocyanate (D) to bring the whole to 100 wt.%.
