Abstract:
To provide a novel delivery system for a new oily component containing organic phospholipid but not alcohol or similar solvents.
The composition comprises at least one of organic phospholipid capable of forming bilayers in aqueous solution, at least one of amphoteric surfactant in a combined amount sufficient to allow lipophilic ingredients to be incorporated into an aqueous solution, and includes at least one of nonionic surfactant. The organic phospholipid is preferably lecithin.
