Abstract:
To provide an aqueous coating that can form a coating film that does not contain an epoxy resin having a phenol skeleton such as BPA, has excellent storage stability, and has excellent workability, retort resistance, anticorrosiveness, and a coated can having a coating film of the aqueous coating.SOLUTION: An aqueous coating contains an emulsion (X), and a curing agent (C). The emulsion (X) contains a composite polymer (AB) and an aqueous dispersion medium. The composite polymer (AB) is obtained by polymerizing an acrylic monomer (b) in an aqueous dispersion or aqueous solution containing an olefinic polymer (A) having a carboxyl group and an ethylenically unsaturated bond with an acid value of 50 mgKOH/g or more.SELECTED DRAWING: None
