Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous coating composition capable of forming a coating film excellent in weather resistance, blocking resistance, and water resistance, and to provide a coated article having a coating film formed of the aqueous coating composition.SOLUTION: The aqueous coating composition contains a dispersion in which a fluorine-containing polymer (α) and an acrylic silicone (β) are dispersed or dissolved in an aqueous medium. The compounding ratio (α/β) (dry solid mass ratio) of the fluorine-containing polymer (α) to the acrylic silicone (β) is 90/10-30/70. The number average particle diameter of the acrylic silicone (β) in the dispersion is 50-150 nm.SELECTED DRAWING: None
