Title:
AQUEOUS COATING MATERIAL OF FLUORORUBBER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS5647455
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: The titled coating material having improved tensile strength of a film while retaining the sufficient adhesion to a substrate, and prepared by incorporating a specific aminosilane compound and an amine compound into an aqueous dispersion of a fluororubber.

CONSTITUTION: A coating material prepared by incorporating (B) an aminosilane compound expressed by the formula (R is methyl or ethyl; R' is methyl; R" is -C3H6-; X is single bond, -C2H4NH-, -CONH- or -C2H4-NH-C2H4-NH-; y is 2 or 3), e.g. γ-aminopropyltriethoxysilane, and (C) an amine compound having one or more, preferably two or more, terminal amino groups directly bonded to an aliphatic hydrocarbon group, e.g. 3,9-bis(3-aminopropyl)2,4,8,10-tetraoxaspiro [5.5]undecane, into (A) an aqueous dispersion of a fluororubber. The amount of the constituent (B) is preferably 0.5W30pts.wt. per 100pts.wt. the fluororubber in the constituent (A).
