PURPOSE: To provide the titled compsn. capable of forming a good protective film when coated surfaces of machines or tools, by emulsifying and dispersing an oxygen-contg. wax, an emulsifying agent and finely divided white powder in water.
CONSTITUTION: 100pts.wt. reaction product (A) between 100pts.wt. oxygen-contg. wax having an oxygen content of 3wt% or higher and a m.p. of 50W85°C such as hydrocarbon wax and 3W25pts.wt. unsaturated polycarboxylic acid or anhydride thereof, less than 7pts.wt. emulsifying agent (B) such as morpholine, 10W 400pts.wt. finely divided inorg. white powder (C) having a silicon content of 23wt% or higher such as silica or diatomaceous earth, and 10W200pts.wt. finely divided white powder (D) contg. no silicon, such as titanium oxide or calcium carbonate, are emulsified and dispersed in water.
