To provide a method for dispersing a propolis extract in water by an easy way, thus reducing loss and a bath agent with propolis which hardly adheres to the inside of a bathtub even if used as a bath agent.

Propolis obtained by impregnating 1.5 L to 3 L of ethanol into 1 kg of a propolis raw material is subjected to a centrifugal separator to separate a propolis extract, which is discharged from the approximate center of a water tank so that the ratio relative to the water is 1.5% to 10%, followed by agitation to disperse the propolis extract in water, and the resulting aqueous dispersion is made into a supplement drink for beverage or into a bath agent.
