Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous dispersion of a high-molecular weight polyolefin resin which is excellent in sizing properties and adhesiveness of a fiber and can be industrially advantageously produced.SOLUTION: There is provided an aqueous dispersion which contains a polyolefin resin (A) having a weight average molecular weight of 20,000 or more, and a polymer dispersion (B) obtained by copolymerization of a monomer component containing 50-90 mol% of a styrenic monomer (b-1) and 10-50 mol% of an itaconic acid (b-2), where the monomer component contains 2-30 mol% of (meth)acrylate with respect to the whole monomer constituting a polymer dispersion agent (B), a content of the polyolefin resin (A) is 10-50 mass% with respect to the total mass of the aqueous dispersion, and a content of the polymer dispersion agent (B) is 1-35 pts.mass when the amount of the polyolefin resin (A) is 100 pts.mass.SELECTED DRAWING: None
