Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain an aqueous emulsion whose base is chlorinated polyolefins and to provide an application method thereof as an under coat primer for coating on plastics.
CONSTITUTION: An aqueous under coat primer whose base is chlorinated polyolefins comprises 10-30 wt.% of one or more kinds of chlorinated polyolefins, 10-50 wt.% of one or more kinds of aromatic solvents, 1-6 wt.% of one or more kinds of emulsifiers and 24-64 wt.% of water.
