Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prepare an aqueous fluoropolymer dispersion which does not form any rancid odor and scum, does not decrease in pH, has good long-term stability, and does not suffer from the formation of cissings or seeds when used in impregnation.
CONSTITUTION: This dispersion is the one comprising a fluoropolymer, a nonionic surfactant and a preservative having at least one halogen atom on a carbon atom having an electron-attracting group or a preservative having a methylol group or a methylene group and releasing formaldehyde.
