Abstract:
To provide a stable aqueous gel composition comprising a peptide.
The stable aqueous gel composition of a peptide-related compound comprises (a) at least 10% (weight/weight) at least one type of a peptide compound and (b) water, and the above gel composition is stable at 37C for at least 3 months. The gel composition is useful in implantable delivery devices for long-term (1-12 months or more) delivery of a drug.
