This objective aqueous friction coefficient stabilizer is constituted by dispersing a combination of waxes consisting mainly of an oxidized type polyethylene wax having 90 to 120C range melting point with a sub component of at least 1 kind of hydrocarbon-based wax selected from microcrystalline wax, paraffin wax and polyethylene wax having 70 to 90C range melting point, and a synthetic resin for forming film as an emulsion form in water.
