Abstract:
To provide a food, pharmaceutical compound, and aqueous liquid agent for oral administration useful as a quasi drug which comprise allium or the like as a raw material and are tasteless and odorless excluding odor coming from the raw material.
The aqueous liquid agent for oral administration comprises a filtrate which is obtained by underwater aeration of at least one sort of a component chosen from allium, chive, mushrooms, and red pepper until sensing those odors is terminated, and filtering, and is used for medicine absorption promotion, atopic dermatitis relieving, pollinosis symptom mitigation, anticancer, hepatitis relieving, memory disturbance relieving, and antidepressant action.
