Abstract:

To provide an aqueous liquid detergent composition suitable for use in cleaning aluminum which is used in a food processing machine such as a quick refrigerating machine.

The aqueous liquid detergent composition comprises (A) 10-30 mass% anionic surface active agent, (B) 0.5-5 mass% amphoteric surface active agent, and (C) 1-10 mass% silicate. Thus, the aqueous liquid detergent composition exhibits detergency which excels in removal of oxidized, strongly attached oil and grease smears without corroding and discoloring the surface of a metal such as aluminum.
