Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous migration electrodeposition liquid composition capable of depositing, as a thin film, an electroconductive film having an excellent corrosion resistance rapidly and inexpensively and a method for forming an electroconductive film using the composition.SOLUTION: An electric field is impressed within an electrophoretic electrodeposition liquid having a pH confined to a range of 5-10 and comprising: electron-conductive and/or ion-conductive electroconductive particles; 0.3-30 parts.mass of at least one type of water-soluble negative charge donator selected from among phosphoric acids, sulfonic acids, and carboxylic acids with respect to 100 parts.mass of the electroconductive particles; and water. Thereafter, an electroconductive film is obtained by executing water washing and drying steps.
