Abstract:

To provide an aqueous ophthalmic composition in which a defoaming time is reduced even when bubbles are generated due to vibration or impact.

This invention relates to an aqueous ophthalmic composition comprising (A) polyoxyethylene castor oil in which an added mole number of ethylene oxide is 2-30, and at least one kind selected from the group consisting of (B) sesame oil and vitamin A. According to the aqueous ophthalmic composition of the present invention, a defoaming time is reduced.
