Abstract:

To provide a pigment dispersion type recording liquid, which provides a printed material of high printing quality with high printing density and favorable marker resistance, and which shows low pigment sedimentation.

The aqueous pigment dispersion liquid comprises (a) a pigment, (b) a polymer and (c) water, wherein the dispersion liquid has a surface tension of not less than 67 dyne/cm.
