Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide titled ink of high dispersion stability and dryness resistance, comprising conventional aqueous pigment ink incorporated with acrylic acid copolymer product and acetamide (derivative) of specific formula.

CONSTITUTION: (A) An acrylic acid copolymer product (e.g., acrylic ester), (B) a compound of formula [R1 is -(CH2CH2O)nH; R2 is -(CH2CH2O)mH; m and n are each 0W50] (e.g., acetamide), (C) pigment (e.g., carbon black), (D) solvent (e.g., glycol solvent), and if necessary, (E) preservative (antifungus agent) (e.g., cresol), (F) lubricant (e.g., water-soluble silicone oil), (G) surfactant, etc. are mixed, ground and dispersed using a pigment dispersion mixer to obtained the objective aqueous pigment ink.
