Abstract:
The present invention pertains to an aqueous polyurethane resin dispersion in which a polyurethane resin obtained by reacting a chain extender and a polyurethane prepolymer, the polyurethane prepolymer being obtained by reacting a polyisocyanate, a polyol, an acidic-group-containing polyol, a hydroxyalkanoic acid, and an isocyanate group blocking agent, is dispersed in an aqueous vehicle, wherein the polyol includes a polycarbonate polyol and/or polyester polycarbonate polyol having a number-average molecular weight of 800-3,500, and, in the polyurethane resin, the total of urethane bonds and urea bonds constitutes 6-20 wt.% based on the solids content, carbonate bonds constitute 10-40 wt.% based on the solids content, blocked isocyanate groups constitute 0.2-2.0 wt.% based on the solids content, and the weight-average molecular weight is 20,000-150,000.
