Title:
AQUEOUS SOLVENT FOR ATTACHING GOLF GRIP
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2014091032
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide an environmentally-friendly aqueous solvent for attaching a golf grip that does not use an adhesive tape or a solvent of Class I petroleum, does not need a large-sized device, can use a commercial grip and a commercial shaft, is high in safety and inexpensive, can be reduced in size, and is excellent in workability and versatility.

An aqueous solvent (30) for attaching a golf grip has three actions of: a lubrication action by which, by applying the aqueous solvent to both or one of a shaft (3) and a grip (2) prior to inserting the grip (2) into the shaft (3), the friction between the grip and the shaft is reduced, and the grip can be inserted into the shaft by human power; a volatilization action by which the aqueous solvent volatilizes after the application even at room temperature; and an adhesion action by which, by leaving a state in which the grip is inserted into the shaft at room temperature for a predetermined time, the grip is firmly attached to the shaft.
