Title:
AQUEOUS SOLVENT FOR COAGULATION TEST
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS562557
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To improve detection specificity by eliminating nonspecific reaction by mixing a chelating agent such as ethylenediamine 4 acetate to a specific concentration when measuring an antigen and antibody by tracing agglutination in an aqueous solvent.

CONSTITUTION: When a antigen or antibody based upon immune reaction and a sample are mixed in an aqueous solvent for coagulation test such as water and a solution of physiologic salt to take a measurement by tracing agglutination, a chelating agent such as ethylenediamine 4 acetate is added to the aqueous solvent to a concentration of 0.005W1M. Thus, nonspecific agglutination due to mixture of a pseudo reactant such as lipoprotein and difrinogen in the sample is eliminated to improve detection specificity and the need to remove the preudo reactant from the sample is eliminated.
