The resin coating is an aqueous coating containing, as the base resin component, a copolymer emulsion (A) having a glass transition temperature of -40 to 40°C and containing 1-50 wt% of vinyl chloride as a copolymer component. The hiding ratio of the coating film is ≥ 0.95. The 60° gloss is ≥70. The base resin component optionally contains an aqueous resin (B) other than the component (A) at a weight ratio of the resin solid of (A)/(B) = 5/95-50/50.
